About the Awards

Press Gazette’s Future of Media Awards returns to celebrate and recognise excellence in digital news media in the UK and around the world.

We are looking for work which brings quality journalism to a digital audience. The judges want to celebrate great product teams, effective digital strategies, innovative editors and effective online storytelling.

These awards are in their second year and build on the success of the Press Gazette British Journalism Awards, which has been running for ten years and is now the leading award for UK news publishers featuring 1,000+ entries and 600+ attendees.

Award entries are now closed.

The awards ceremony will take place at Hilton London Bankside on 6 September 2023, after the Future of Media Technology Conference. Finalists and their guests will be able to attend the evening ceremony for free, but if you wish to secure your place for the full day, please book your pass for the conference.
